ORDERS

Orders may be placed online at any time on the website.

Upon receipt of your order, an email confirmation will be sent. Please note that this confirmation does not guarantee product availability, and all orders are subject to stock levels. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email and will not charge you for unfulfilled items.

In-stock items will be shipped within 7 days. For out-of-stock items, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, even before credit card charging. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions apply to orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing/shipping address. If such restrictions apply, we will refund your original payment method.

Prices and descriptions may change without notice. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will contact you before processing the order. If you do not wish to proceed, we will cancel your order. We will not honor inaccurate pricing and do not negotiate product prices.

- Other cards: JCB, UnionPay, Maestro, Bancontact
- Alternative payments: Bank online transfer, iDeal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal

Full payment is required before order processing. Payment will be debited upon order confirmation. By completing payment, you confirm that you are an authorized card user. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and issuer authorization.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Narcys provides worldwide shipping through premium carriers with full insurance coverage. Each order is meticulously crafted with a 5-8 week lead time.

We personally arrange delivery from our boutique to your preferred address. Delivery is complete once items arrive at the provided address. After two failed delivery attempts, items will be returned to our boutique. Please contact us to arrange redelivery.

Delivery times and fees vary by location and method. Costs will be displayed before payment completion.

Please note:
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or other charges
- We cannot guarantee against customs delays
- You will receive an email notification upon shipment

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return. After requesting, you have an additional 14 days to return the items (28 days total from delivery).

Return Requirements:
- Items must be in original packaging
- Products must be unworn, undamaged, and unused
- Returns accepted only from the original delivery country

Upon approval of your return and receipt of items, we will refund all payments to your original payment method within 14 days.
